Description
The Polyfusion 3 machine is a pneumatic CNC sheet welding machine capable of fusing sheets up to 3.05 metres wide, with a thickness of between 3mm and 50mm (60mm for twin wall). The PLC control panel allows the operator to quickly program cycles via a touchscreen which has an internal memory with an unlimited number of welds (downloadable in PDF format) and customisable preset cycles. Folding lateral supports make for easy sheet movement, and the high density clamps ensure even pressure distribution to secure the sheets to the weld bed. The system will automatically adjust the distance between the heating plate and machine edge according to the sheet thickness. Ritmo’s new ‘AirPlus’ technology allows the system to complete the full welding cycle even in the event of a fault in air supply to the machine.
