KSB-50 Plastic Extrusion Welder
This Ritmo extruder is a powerful welder that is ideal for work that requires a high output of extruded material.
The KSB 50 has a large capacity of up to 5 Kg per hour and can weld sheet from 15 – 30 mm. Suitable for joining linings and geo-textiles, sheet, large pipes, etc.
Key features –
Adjustable air temperature – to suit the environment, material and penetration required, adjustable chamber temperature control for the material, feed speed control, 360° rotating Teflon shoes, 2 x bright LED working lights and changeable air filters.
The extrusion machine has an in-built safety feature that ensure the machine has warmed up to the correct temperature before allowing the extrusion to begin.
