Flange Tables (DN15-DN600)
Flanges are all around us (although we may not notice it). Flanges are commonly used as a connection between pipes and may be used to insert valves, strainers and fittings into pipework making it easier for installation and future removal/maintenance. Flanges are joined by bolting, and sealing is usually completed with the use of a gasket or similar method. Flanges can be used and re-used and often feature in permanent and temporary installations. Flanged cover plates can be connected to create a cap end “blind/blank flange” or with a threaded port for testing “test flange”.
Not all flanges are equal, flanges vary worldwide and are made to different standards, pressure ratings and drilling patterns, this means that most often they are not interchangeable.
The flange tables below may help you identify which type of flange you have. They include a selection of flanges which feature most often in the industries we serve: PN (Europe/UK), ANSI/ASME (USA), BS10, Table E, D, F and H (traditional British imperial pipework flange).
