Description
The VR 160 JOYT is a portable butt fusion welder for connecting low pressure drainage pipes up to 160 mm diameter.
This machine is characterized by its removable heating plate, the safety microswitches on the milling cutter to avoid accidental starting and its adjustable lateral supports. It has a steel box which can be used either as a work bench or as protection during transportation. The machine body includes a spring-loaded pressure-regulating device and a handwheel to operate the rack-feed movement of the carriage The VR 160 also comes equipped with rapid-lock clamps to enable elbows (also with a very short neck), tees and Y-branches to be easily locked without the need of any additional devices. Protective housing is supplied around the heating element.
Available in two versions: with a fixed mechanical thermostat (TF) or an adjustable electronic thermoregulator (TE).
