Description
Switch 125 is the solution for working on vertical welds and on-site. It is equipped with a friction-based and lockable system (patent pending) that prevents gravitational sliding of the carriage and its consequent opening. This system also allows the operator excellent sensitivity in managing the pressure to be applied both during the fusion phase, which occurs through a multi-fusion device and sockets, and during the subsequent welding phase with saddle sockets.
Switch 125 features three self-centering clamps that, through side knobs, precisely fix the pipe and fitting. With the addition of inserts that act as reducers, the welding machine can work on diameters from 25 to 125 mm. Another distinctive feature is the clamps that can be easily unhooked or removed from their seat and can be mounted reversibly to quickly adapt the welding machine to the new welding situation. Moreover, the manual socket is equipped with rapid rotation in its seat, which allows changing the socket fusion direction and saving precious time.
