JIG Prime is the solution for working on vertical welds and on-site. It is equipped with a friction-based and lockable system (patent pending) that prevents the gravity-induced sliding of the carriage and its consequent opening. This system also allows the operator excellent sensitivity in managing the pressure to be applied both during the fusion phase, which occurs through a multi-fusion device and sockets, and during the subsequent welding phase.
In just a few moments, JIG Prime demonstrates all of its extraordinary versatility and completeness. The welding machine is equipped with a functional, modular support that easily transforms into a convenient bench rest.
The welding machine is equipped with two self-centering clamps that, through side knobs, precisely fix the pipe and fitting. With the addition of inserts that act as reducers, the welding machine can work on diameters from 25 to 125 mm. Another distinctive feature of JIG Prime is the reversibility of the clamps that easily detach from the frame and allow adapting the welding machine to on-site work situations.
The excellent balance combined with the comfortable lower handle and a weight of just 8.5 Kg represent a true strong point for the welding machine.
