Description
The 63-125 external debeader tool covers a pipe diameter range of between 63mm and 125mm.
Designed to safely remove the external bead from a complete butt fusion welded joint, the tool locks onto the pipe bead, then alignment blocks slide against the pipe surface to guide it around the pipe. The blade cuts the under the bead and the ratchet handle helps pull the tool around the pipe, neatly trimming the bead away.
The debeader tool can also be used on flat surfaces such as butt welded plastic sheets by removing the pipe guides.
