The Polyfusion 4 is a pneumatic CNC sheet welding machine, meticulously engineered to handle demanding applications. This advanced machine can weld sheets up to an impressive width of 4.05 metres, with thicknesses ranging from 3mm to 50mm—and even up to 60mm for twin-wall sheets. Its capabilities make it a versatile and indispensable tool for industries requiring precision and durability.
One standout feature of the Polyfusion 4 is its intuitive touchscreen PLC control panel. This user-friendly interface allows operators to quickly access an internal memory with customisable preset cycles and an unlimited number of weld programs. This ensures that operations can be tailored to specific needs, enhancing both speed and precision.
Adding to its impressive capabilities is Ritmo’s innovative ‘AirPlus’ technology. This feature allows the machine to complete a full welding cycle even if there is a disruption in the air supply, ensuring uninterrupted operations and maintaining high productivity.
Woodside Fusion delivered the Polyfusion 4 fully equipped with all necessary accessories, including a compressor and air dryer, providing a complete, ready-to-use solution.
