45° Electrofusion Elbows
20 – 160 mm diameter standard 45° elbows in stock.
180 – 315 mm diameter as dual heating zone elbows, that separately allow the electrofusion welding process each side of the fitting. This is particularly good when trying to secure both ends of pipe at the same time is difficult to achieve.
All 45° electrofusion elbows come as standard – Stepped welding pins (4 & 4.7mm), each fitting is individually inspected and tested, barcode for setting correct electrofusion welding parameters and trace-ability, indicators for visual checking of the correct welding pressure has been achieved.
Approved for both water and gas. WRAS approved, PN 16 rated, PE 100 material, manufactured in accordance with BS EN 12201 and BS EN 1555.
