Description
The Ritmo Squeezer 63-200 Hydraulic is the ultimate, heavy duty pipe squeeze-off tool for use on HDPE pipelines. Highly effective at stopping the flow of both gas and water in pipes from 63-200mm diameter, its numerous safety features ensure line works can be carried out in the safest conditions.
The hydraulic cylinder is manually actuated by the operator pressing a lever, enabling the resulting strength to be transferred to two cylindrical rods which squeeze the pipe until flow is interrupted. The special stoppers (one for SDR11 and one for SDR17), can be set according the the pipe diameters to ensure a safe and accurate pipe squeeze. Metal rods on the sides of the squeezer offer safety protection in case of pressure loss or accidental impacts.
